Jace is a founding member of idtPlans and began his tenure with the company as the Chief Technical Officer; a role he occupied for more than sixteen years. As CEO, he brings his technical knowledge to the forefront and understands the system capabilities inside and out. In addition to overseeing the overall product roadmap, Jace actively works with the Implementation and Development teams to ensure successful deployments and product integrations.

JW is a technical lead with extensive experience in designing and building large-scale internet systems. Prior to joining idtPlans, he worked as a Software Development Manager, Systems Architect, and Software Engineer with multiple Fortune 100 companies in the Telecommunications, Financial, and Business Intelligence sectors.

Katy is a Project Manager, certified through the Project Management Institute, who has worked in both the public and private sectors. As the idtPlans Implementation Manager, Katy is responsible for the successful and timely deployment of the idtPlans platform within an organization. She is the main point of contact during an implementation and will address deployment needs including, but not limited to: discover, determination of scope, communications management, risk assessment, quality management, testing of deliverables, and training of team members.
